No. Alcohol Policy: Columbus Mobile Bartending Services does not purchase, sell, or provide alcoholic beverages. For private events where alcohol is not being sold, the event host is responsible for purchasing and providing all alcoholic beverages. We provide professional bartending service and can provide a customized shopping list based on your guest count and beverage preferences.

For most private events where the client provides the alcohol and Columbus Mobile Bartending Services is hired to provide bartending services, we do not sell or provide the alcohol.
Our bartenders are hired to professionally prepare and serve beverages using alcohol provided by the client or otherwise legally provided for the event.
Important: Alcohol laws can vary depending on the type of event, venue, and how alcohol is provided or sold. If your event involves selling alcohol, charging guests for alcoholic beverages, a cash bar, or a public event, additional permits or licensing may be required.
We recommend confirming the alcohol requirements for your specific event with the venue and the Ohio Division of Liquor Control.
Columbus Mobile Bartending Services does not sell alcohol. We provide the bartender — you provide the alcohol.

The number of bartenders you need depends on your guest count, event type, drink menu, and how quickly you want drinks served.
As a general guideline:
✓ Up to 50 guests: 1 bartender
✓ 51–100 guests: 2 bartenders
✓ 101–150 guests: 3 bartenders
✓ 150+ guests: Contact us for a customized recommendation
For events with a full cocktail menu, multiple drink stations, or a high-volume bar, we may recommend additional bartenders to keep service fast and your guests happy.

A physical portable bar or table is not automatically included in our standard packages.
Clients may provide a suitable bar, counter or table for the bartending station.
Portable Bar Rental is available as an optional add-on for $75–$100, depending on the event and setup.
Regardless of whether you provide the table/bar or rent one from us, we'll professionally organize and set up the bartending station.

Ice is included in our Premium Convenience Package based on your event's guest count and service needs. Ice is not included in our Bartending ONLY or Basic Essential packages

We proudly serve Columbus, Ohio and surrounding Central Ohio areas.
Our service area includes locations throughout the Columbus area, including Gahanna, Westerville, New Albany, Reynoldsburg, Groveport, Canal Winchester, Pickerington, Blacklick, Dublin, Hilliard and surrounding communities.
Travel outside our standard service area may be available for an additional travel fee.
Have an event outside Columbus? No problem! Contact us with your event location, and we'll let you know if we can accommodate your event and whether a travel fee applies.
📍 Serving Columbus, Ohio & Surrounding Areas

A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your event date and secure your bartending team.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

$250 Bartending Only Package
30% deposit = $75
Remaining balance = $175

$350 Basic Bartending Essentials Package
30% deposit = $105
Remaining balance = $245

$550 Premium Convenience Package
30% deposit = $165
Remaining balance = $385

Your date is not considered booked until the deposit has been received and your booking confirmation has been sent.
Deposits are non-refundable because they reserve your date and prevent us from accepting another event for the same time.

Yes. Custom cocktail menus and signature drink ideas are available for weddings, birthdays, and themed events.

We recommend booking your bartending service at least 4–6 weeks in advance to give us plenty of time to prepare for your event.
For weddings, large celebrations, holiday parties and other high-demand dates, we recommend booking 2–3 months or more in advance.
Planning an event sooner than that? Don't worry! We may still be able to accommodate last-minute bookings depending on our availability.
The sooner you book, the better your chances of getting your preferred date, time and package.
